At Lidgett Music, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unplayed, and in original condition
  • Item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation
  • Item shows no signs of wear, use, installation, or modification

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or subject to additional deductions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or vintage items (unless otherwise stated in writing)
  • Custom orders or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
  • Lidgett Music is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges and any processing or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, missing components, or not in original condition, additional deductions may apply or the return may be refused.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assist promptly.
