Lidgett Music is committed to shipping your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using UPS but we can use FedEx, and USPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
High-Value & Oversized Items
Guitars, amplifiers, and other high-value or oversized items may:
- Require a signature upon delivery
- Ship in manufacturer or custom packaging
- Ship separately from accessories ordered at the same time

Local pickup may be available at our retail location:

If local pickup is offered for your item, it will be shown as an option at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Delays
Lidgett Music is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lidgett Music is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
