EVH MIJ Series Signature Wolfgang — a premium, hand-crafted Japanese electric guitar built to Eddie Van Halen's exacting specifications. This pre-owned example showcases the legendary Wolfgang's iconic design and uncompromising playability.
Lightweight basswood body topped with big leaf maple and accented with multi-ply cream binding. Bolt-on quartersawn maple neck with graphite reinforcement features a hand-rubbed satin finish and compound-radius ebony fingerboard with 22 vintage stainless steel frets.
Custom-wound direct-mount humbuckers deliver the Wolfgang's signature tone—Alnico 2 bridge pickup for fiery leads, Alnico 3 neck pickup for thick rhythm response. Reverse 3-way toggle switch (Eddie's preference), custom EVH-branded top-mount Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo, R2 locking nut, D-Tuna for instant drop-D tuning, and red kill-switch for stutter effects.
