Gibson Hummingbird Pro Pre-Owned

This guitar is in good condition though showing a fair amount of age and patina. Comes with original hardshell case.

The 2015 Gibson Hummingbird Pro is a modern, stage-ready variation of Gibson's classic square-shouldered dreadnought, uniquely designed to offer a different feel and tonal profile than a traditional Standard Hummingbird. Primarily released as a dealer-exclusive model, it is highly regarded for its punchy midrange and excellent projection.

Body Shape: Slightly streamlined square-shouldered dreadnought (reminiscent of the Gibson Songwriter silhouette).

Tonewoods: Solid Sitka spruce top paired with solid mahogany back and sides.

Scale Length: 25.5 inches (Long Scale). This is a major departure from the traditional 24.75-inch short scale found on standard Hummingbirds, providing tighter string tension, more "pop," and enhanced note definition.

Fretboard: Bound Indian rosewood featuring mother-of-pearl split parallelogram inlays.

Hardware: Nickel Grover Rotomatic tuners and a traditional rosewood belly-up bridge with a bone saddle.

Finish: Hand-sprayed nitrocellulose lacquer, most commonly found in a rich Vintage Sunburst.
