Gibson Les Paul Melody Maker 120th Anniversary 2014, Pre-Owned

This guitar is in very good condition with very little cosmetic wear and comes with a Gibson gig bag. The instrument originally had a satin finish, but the prior owner buffed it out so it now has the appearance of a gloss finish. If you have any questions, let us know!

The Gibson Les Paul Melody Maker 120th Anniversary edition was released exclusively in 2014 to commemorate 120 years of Gibson craftsmanship (1894–2014). This iteration departed from the historical 1950s thin-slab design by adopting a carved maple top, a full-sized Les Paul headstock, and a dual P-90 pickup configuration.

• Body & Construction: Thin-profile, contoured mahogany back with a carved light maple top and a comfortable belly cut on the rear.
• Neck Profile: Maple set-neck with a chunkier '50s rounded profile.
• Fretboard: Rosewood fingerboard with 22 cryogenically-treated medium jumbo frets and a 120th Anniversary banner inlay at the 12th fret.
• Electronics: Dual P-90S pickups with Alnico slug magnets and individual volume and tone controls for each pickup.
• Hardware: Satin chrome lightning bar wrap-around bridge and retro white-button Kluson tuners.
• Finish: TV Yellow nitrocellulose satin lacquer, buffed by the prior owner to a gloss appearance.
